Loyalty Card Scheme
Terms & Conditions
- The loyalty card scheme is promoted by Abstract Hair Company and The Beauty Garden for all customers.
- There are three separate tiers: silver, gold and platinum. The tier you are on will be determined by services purchased.
- Every fifth salon service will qualify you for a loyalty bonus, which is advertised within the salon and will change from time to time.
- Points will be added to your loyalty bonus card at the time when you receive your service and no other time.
- Points are not available when using gift vouchers.
- You may use your points on the selected service only with times being subject to availability.
- You cannot use your points to make a payment in part or in full.
- Your loyalty card or loyalty free service may not be transferred to a third party.
- Your client loyalty free service does not qualify as a salon visit on your loyalty card.
- All client loyalty cards remain the property of both Abstract and The Beauty Garden.
- Abstract Hair Company and The Beauty Garden may withdraw the loyalty card at any time at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to change the conditions of the scheme and notification will be displayed in the salon.
- We reserve the right to take action when deemed fit if the scheme is abused.

Abstract Hair Company
Silver card
- Fifth visit: £5 off any hair service.
- Tenth visit: £5 off any hair service plus a FREE shampoo 1 or detangler.
- Fifteenth visit: £10 off any hair service.
- Twentieth visit: £10 off any hair service plus a FREE shampoo 1 or detangler.
Gold card
- Fifth Visit: ½ price wash and blow dry
- Tenth visit: ½ price deluxe manicure.
- Fifteenth visit: ½ price cut and blow dry.
- Twentieth visit: £15 off any hair service.
Platinum Card
- Fifth Visit: FREE mini manicure plus £5 voucher off any hair service.
- Tenth visit: FREE wash and blow dry.
- Fifteenth visit: FREE mini pedicure plus £5 off any hair service.
- Twentieth visit: FREE cut and blow dry.
The Beauty Garden
Silver card
- Fifth visit: £5 off waxing.
- Tenth visit: £10 off any facial excluding junior facials.
- Fifteenth visit: free nail analysis plus free nail moisturiser.
- Twentieth visit: £20 off a hot stone full body massage.
Gold card
- Fifth visit: ½ price wash and blow dry.
- Tenth visit: Introduce a friend (a new client who hasn't been to the salon) and receive 2 x ½ price pamper time champagne and strawberries.
- Twentieth visit: Free manicure when you purchase a pedicure.
Platinum Card
- Fifth visit: ½ price hair colour.
- Tenth Visit: Free Cut and Blow dry, eye lash tint and eye brow shape.
- Fifteenth visit: free Hydrotherm Back Massage.
- Twentieth visit: Free Tranquillity package
